INTERMEDIATE LEVEL YOGA : This class includes warm-ups, postures to strengthen and stretch the body, breathing practices to awaken and relax the nervous system, and time for integration. The encouragement throughout practice is to find your own balance of strength, stretch, and ease. This class is appropriate for individuals with some yoga experience, and those who are comfortable exploring more intense sensations.

Leading by example is a principle I seek to consciously live by each day, and in such, I believe that yoga serves as a bridge into integrating actions that are aligned with our well-being, personal growth, skillfulness and joy, and the experience of what it means to be fully present to our full potential.
